Local orders can be sent via singapore post at low local mail charges. Orders will be sent out only after payment is being made.

All Packages are to be sent via registered mail.

Shipping charges shown on the shopping cart is only an estimated charge. If the actual shipping charge is lower than the cost estimated, the order will be sent. If the difference between actual and the estimated charge differs substantially, we will try to refund the money to you if it doesn’t overrun our cost. If the charge is higher than estimated, the actual shipping cost will be advised by email. If there is no response to the email in 7 days, the order will be cancelled.

If you are in doubt, please use the cheque/bank deposit payment mode (no money is deducted online), or use contact us, or drop us a comment. We will get back to you and inform you of the actual charge to be paid, afterwhich, you can still proceed to pay us via paypal.

All deliveries would be made only after money is received.

Delivery time for airmail or air parcel will take 10 days to 3 weeks.
Shipping charges are dependent on the weight of the parcel. All international orders have to be sent via registered post.

Order <= $50 - $7 per trip
Order > $50 - $5 per trip

Courier will call within 3 business days to arrange for delivery. Deliveries will be effected from 3 to 5 working days. No deliveries can be arranged for sat, sun and public hols. Deliveries can only be up to 6pm only. Orders must be paid beforehand via any payment option.

Self collection
.
You may collect on your own from a fixed designated area during the weekend. Orders will be held on reserve for 2 weeks only. Submitted orders will be processed by the next working business day. .
